Message from Chairman

Eros Group was founded on an age-old sobriquet: CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. However we have taken this most commercial cliché and turned it into our ethos, integrating all our activities to deliver on only this!

Each morning 1000 employees start a seamless chain of events by interacting with our own 15 retail touchpoints and over 500 distribution touchpoints; integrating that through 7 emirates, 5 warehouses and over 150 logistics vehicles to arrive at a door of a consumer with a delivery and DELIGHT! This very cliché, which many corporates give only lip service, has helped Eros Group become one of UAE’s leading distributors in consumer electronics, appliances, mobility and IT products. Today, we have embraced the most recent technologies and integrated them into our eco-system to ensure that we continue to lead by delivery the very best to our numero uno objective: THE CUSTOMER.

Eros Group welcomed 2020 by inducting a new Core Leadership Team who will assist the Directors and drive the Group to newer heights of success in the coming decade.  This well blended team provide the perfect synergy of experience and fresh thinking. This team draws on its youth and vast experience, locally as well as internationally, to envision the future and make it reality now. From systems to brands, from retail experience to digital experiences the team is bringing in new changes to synergize and attract a younger audience as well.

Our new team is aligning its practices with the millennial thought of connecting minds and creating the future today. This not only fits in with our plans but also our slogan of Follow the Future. We are very optimistic of the very moment in time and envision a bright decade for Eros. I invite all of the team and our stakeholders to be part of this EROS story.

A brand is more than just a logo, a tagline or a smart sounding name. It is the perception of the value of a company, a product or a service in the mind of a customer and stakeholders. At Eros Group we have, over 50 years, built a brand that reflects our inner values, the products and brands we handle and most importantly the service we provide. Our success in this has been great as we continue to receive recognitions from various prestigious bodies like Department of Economic Development, Dubai Excellence Scheme, Dubai Customs, DP World, SuperBrands Council and Great Places to Work.

As we embark on a journey into the sixth decade of existence, we need to consolidate on the brand strengths of the present, re-evaluate the distribution and retailing paradigm, and reflect on our values. We have started the process of handing over the baton to a new generation of business heads in the coming years. I am confident that, as in the past, in the future too we will build a newer and more relevant retail and distribution paradigm that will make the Eros Brand count… and climb to greater heights of success.
